What is this group called "Generations" you ask?

Generations is a diverse group of young adults ages 18 and up who worship within MCCGSL. We come from various religious backgrounds, life experiences and family situations. We are gay, straight, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and questioning. Many years ago God planted a seed and this ministry was created.  Since then this group has transformed many lives and has been a starting point for new relationships with God. As long as we exist we will strive to seek God's Vision and guidance for our Ministry.

One of our purposes is to offer spiritual and social support to our team members and participate in a wide variety of activities together. We seek to help young Christians live out an authentic life by integrating their sexuality and spirituality in a healthy way. We provide a great opportunity for socializing with other like-minded young people.

PRAYER MINISTRY:
This group started about three years ago as a Sunday morning prayer ministry. Every Sunday after the 11:30 worship service we meet for a brief time, introduce new guests and have a time of prayer and praise. We then usually go out to eat together for lunch. This is a great time for people that may be new to the group or someone interested in finding out more about the group and the members. ALL are welcome. Please come!
