Rev. Lillie Brock, Pastor of Congregational Life
Our Pastor of Congregational Life since 2013, Rev. Lillie earned her BA degree at Carson-Newman College, her MA in Education and Neuro-Linguistics from the University of Hawaii and did her MDiv work at Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University. Before going in to the ministry as a second career, Rev. Lillie had a successful career as a business owner which afforded her the privilege of traveling all over the world to work with organizations in transition. Rev. Lillie is the co-author of three books and is currently working on a fourth.
Rev. Lillie is passionate about facilitating ways for people to engage more fully in their spiritual lives. She is known for her humor and down to earth teaching style and her warm and welcoming personality. During her time at MCCGSL, she has found a “place to call home” and enjoys using her gifts to serve this amazing congregation.
Rev. Lillie lives in South County with her beloved dog, Bella.
