Evening Guided Meditation

Did you know that even 10 minutes of meditation can reduce stress and anxiety? A short meditative break in your day can make you more focused, creative, and productive? Enter a time of guided meditation on Tuesday nights at 8pm on Zoom for about 30 minutes with JD Skaggs. Each week will explore a slightly different meditative practice to try on that you can easily incorporate into your life. Whether you have a regular practice of meditation or are new to the practice, this class will be accessible for everyone on Zoom.
