Adult Coloring and Meditation

  • MCCGSL 1920 South 7th Street St. Louis, MO, 63104 United States (map)

Join us for six-weeks on Wednesdays during Lent for this meditation exercise. Registration includes an option for having dinner provided for you before class at a cost of $40 for all six weeks (less than $7 per meal). Kids twelve and under eat free.

During the season of Lent, this group will use coloring as a form of meditation!  As we color together, we will utilize the collective energy of those around the table along with our focus on what we are coloring, to listen to our inner voice and the voice of Spirit.  This is a very practical, yet effective, way to still the mind so that relaxation comes and our ability to hear the still small voice is heightened.  Make new friends, create new pieces of art and connect to the Spirit within as a way to practice being reflective and open. This class is facilitated by Kate Savage and is offered free of charge. Coloring materials are provided.
