In the Spirit of Lent, take advantage of the group's support to lose weight and get healthy! Most health coaches say that people who get the best results are those who have a support system of people who go through the process with them. So, that's what we want to provide for those who are ready to give us some pounds and add on some healthier habits. You will work through challenges together, share recipes, offer support and weigh in every week.
